Shipping Policy

At Wonderlands, we understand how important discretion is to our customers, so naturally, we offer a completely discreet shopping service.

All orders are sent out in plain packaging and there is absolutely no way of telling what is inside the parcel or who the sender is, ensuring that your purchase is kept 100% private.

On your credit or debit card statement, your transaction will show as a payment to P & C Trading, so if somebody else does happen to see your card statement they will not know that you purchased from Wonderlands.

 

What Will My Package Look Like?

All our packaging is 100% discreet, with no mention of the contents of the parcel on the outside.

Orders are mailed in plain envelopes, packets or brown boxes, depending on the size and nature of your order.

For Orders From Ireland(Republic Of Ireland):

For Orders Outside of Ireland(This Also Applies to Northern Ireland):

The aforementioned policy is applicable to all European Union member states. Kindly anticipate a delivery date extension of 1 to 2 days as your order will be shipped from our international warehouse. For orders originating from the United Kingdom, which includes Northern Ireland, please be aware that Value Added Tax (VAT) may be levied as a result of the Brexit process.Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Wonderlands.ie is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@wonderlands.ie with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at service@wonderlands.ie with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
