Orders

How long does it take to ship

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your package will be dispatched within 2-4 business days.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor the status of your package.

Are the Payment options safe to use

With modern security technology and the chargeback options available through our payment providers—Shopify Card Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay—your transactions are 100% safe. All payments are processed on their secure servers, so we never see your payment details. Having been in business for over three years, our longevity is a testament to our trustworthiness.

Can I change after placing the order

We can cancel orders without issue until they are dispatched. Simply call us (preferred) or email us, and we'll process the refund. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return it to us.

Change size/colour after ordering

We allow customers to change any product features related to their order, such as size or color, before the order is dispatched, as long as the price of your new options remain the same as before

Did not receive the confirmation email

After placing your order, please ensure you receive an order confirmation email, as our team may need you to double-check some details.

Once your order is shipped, our team will contact you with the order status, photos, tracking number, and any questions they might have. Therefore, please make sure you’ve provided a correct email address and can respond with any requested information.

Shipping

Is my order packed discreetly?

We ensure the utmost protection for your orders by double or triple packing them. The external packaging is a plain, grey, weatherproof mailer, designed to be completely non-descript.

Can I get it delivered to my P.O. Box

We do deliver to P.O. Boxes, but we recommend providing a home or work address to ensure your parcel is received and can be signed for.

When will my order arrive?

Shipping time could be varied based on the shipping method you choose and is more under control of logistic companies,

For Most European Countries: 3-7 Days

For US/CA: 3-7 Days

For Australia/ New Zealand: 3-7 Days.

Unfortunately due to logistic limitation and customer clearance issues, we do not ship to South America countries, Africa, and Mexico.

My Parcel arrive with existing damages

This situation rarely happens with our customers, but if it did happen to you, please contact to our customer support for return/replace/refund.

My product is shipped from where

We operate warehouses in the Netherlands, the US, and have a cooperative warehouse in China. Your parcel will be shipped from the nearest warehouse that holds inventory of the items you purchase.

Do you deliver to my country?

We provide international shipment to the countries that are eligible to checkout at our store. In case the logistic is interrupted by any issues, We would contact you upfront.

Return & Refund

Can I return the item if I don't like it.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided that the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging.

Please note the following guidelines for returns:

  • Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
  • Ensure that the item(s) are unused, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
  • Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange within 30 days.

Please note that certain items, such as personalized or customized products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Additionally, any shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

Do I need to pay for the shipment for returning

Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
